Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY:
At Game Technical Apparel we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 30 days of receipt, as long as, they are in resalable condition with any packaging and labels intact. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble returns policy.
Free Returns for UK Customers:
- Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations
- No printer required, simply create a QR code by clicking the link and follow the instructions
- Your return will be processed in approximately 10 days
- Open 7 days a week, early until late
Non-UK Customer Returns:
Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.
EXCHANGES:
If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
